特點(diǎn)：
(1) 采用四導(dǎo)桿導(dǎo)向，剛性好，導(dǎo)向精度高。節(jié)省操作時(shí)間，合模平穩(wěn)。
(2) 全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，強(qiáng)力抽煙，工作臺(tái)面內(nèi)置冷卻風(fēng)扇，有利于模杯散熱，延長(zhǎng)色變周期。
(3) 雙層電箱門(mén)，可保護(hù)電器，外門(mén)有鋼化玻璃窗口，溫控表視覺(jué)性良好，可以直觀模具各部位的溫度，調(diào)節(jié)自如。
(4) 本公司針對(duì)內(nèi)衣模杯生產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)的特有溫度控制系統(tǒng)，運(yùn)用可控硅移相觸發(fā)電流控制加熱，可使發(fā)熱更均勻、平穩(wěn)、省電，節(jié)能效果佳，并可延長(zhǎng)發(fā)熱管使用壽命。

Function：It is mainly used for molding bra cups and other similar products.
Features:
(1) It adopts four guide rods with a high accuracy in guiding, which saves working time and helps the upper and lower moulds matched steadily.
(2) With whole-sealed structure, it has strong pumping installation. Equipped with external cooling fans on the molding table, it is useful for heat dissipation and prolonging discoloring period.
(3) The electric box is two-doubled door, which can protect electrical appliance. The outdoor has equipped with toughened glass window. The temperature controller is of good vision which can help operator view directly the temperature in each part and it is handy to be adjusted.
(4) To direct at the specific temperature control system in the development of bra cups production, we utilize silicon controlled phase shifting triggering current to control heating. So, it can make the temperature more even and steady with remarkable energy-saving efficiency and it will prolong the heating tube's service life.
