山東千牧泮宮，位于國際風箏之都--山東濰坊，是寒亭國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的。

千牧泮宮研學繼承傳統(tǒng)研學游學經(jīng)典內(nèi)容，以農(nóng)旅及教育為主線，設(shè)計研學路線及場景，借助基地所有可利用資源，在觀摩中發(fā)散式講解大教學內(nèi)容及各領(lǐng)域的知識（數(shù)以千計的生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)知識），現(xiàn)場科學實驗，輔以輕度操作，互動競技等，從始至終由專職教師講解演說主持。

In China, for more than two thousand years, teachers have been teaching by reading books. We need to completely change the original teaching mode and teach in the labor. In the world, people start to learn from reading. Why can't we start to learn from labor on the premise of ourability? We need to completely change the original teaching process, first work and then read or study while working, so that reading and learning become the needs of labor.

In the near future, anyone must be engaged in three to five years of productive labor in order to obtain a teacher certificate.

在中國，兩千多年來，老師是通過讀書教學。我們需要徹底改變這種原始的教學模式，并在勞動中教學。

在世界范圍內(nèi)，人們都是從讀書開始學習，為什么不能在力所能及的前提下，從勞動開始學習呢？我們需要徹底改變這種原始的教學流程，先勞動再讀書或邊工作邊學習，讓讀書和學習成為勞動的需求。

在不久的將來，任何人必須從事3到5年的生產(chǎn)勞動，才能獲得教師資格證。
