崗位職責(zé)：

Jobresponsibilities:

1、客戶評(píng)估，付款條款談判。

Be responsible for client creditassessment and payment terms negotiation.

2、處理客戶詢盤(pán)，推薦合適產(chǎn)品。

Deal with client enquiriesand recommend suitable products.

3、準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)寄出樣品，并跟進(jìn)樣品反饋。

Send offthe samples correctly and in time. Follow up sample feedback as well.

4、 在ERP系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行訂單操作。

Operatethe orders in ERP system.

5、 生產(chǎn)反饋及后續(xù)訂單。

Follow up production feedback and subsequentorders.

6、 根據(jù)客戶需求合理準(zhǔn)備庫(kù)存。

Preparesafety inventory according to client demand.

7、 處理客戶投訴和抱怨。

Dealwith client complaints.

任職要求：

1、本科學(xué)歷，化學(xué)類、英語(yǔ)類、國(guó)貿(mào)類專業(yè)優(yōu)先。

Having bachelor's degree in chemical,international trade or English majors is preferred.

2、英語(yǔ)六級(jí)以上，口語(yǔ)流利標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，擅長(zhǎng)商務(wù)信函寫(xiě)作；良好的溝通能力和計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用能力；

CET 6 or above is required. Be fluent in oral Englishand good at writing business letters.

3、1年以上外貿(mào)實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Have over one yearpractical experience in foreign trade.

4、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)，能承受工作壓力.

Requiregood ability in learning and to work under pressure.
